The International Sign Association Joins the Vinyl Sustainability Council
Washington, D.C., May 7, 2025 – The Vinyl Sustainability Council (VSC), a self-funded business council advancing sustainability in the vinyl industry, is proud to announce the International Sign Association (ISA) as its newest member. ISA is the leading trade association representing manufacturers, users, and suppliers of signs and other communication tools. ISA is based in Alexandria, Virginia.
“We are excited to welcome ISA into the VSC,” said Jay Thomas, Executive Director of the VSC. “Given vinyl’s prominence in the sign industry, ISA will make a great addition and resource for the VSC. We look forward to collaborating with ISA to enhance sustainable practices.”
“Sustainability is a key issue for our members, who are increasingly asked by their customers about their environmental efforts,” said Tabitha Bowen, Manager of Member Programs at ISA. “With access to VSC conferences, education, assessments and reports, ISA can better lead our members in understanding more about recyclability of these products.”
ISA is the second organization to join the VSC in 2025, following eight new members in 2024 and fifteen new members in 2023.
