
Barrette Outdoor Living Joins Vinyl Sustainability Council
WASHINGTON, DC, Jan. 12, 2020 – The Vinyl Sustainability Council (VSC), a self-funded business council advancing sustainability in the vinyl industry, is pleased to welcome Barrette Outdoor Living to its membership.

Barrette Outdoor Living, headquartered in Galloway, New Jersey is a supplier of exterior home products, including fencing, railing, and decking. At each of their manufacturing facilities around the United States, they are committed to being environmentally responsible and have recycling programs in place at each to reuse and recycle all non-usable parts, pieces, and even packaging. Additionally, they focus on energy efficiency, and at their New Jersey and Florida manufacturing centers, they have installed a rooftop solar arrays.
Barrette Outdoor Living also owns and operates GreenWays, a recycling program for pre- and post-consumer rigid PVC. GreenWays partners with individual suppliers to manage the disposal of their scrap materials in an eco-friendly manner. The results of the program help reduce CO2 emissions, lower greenhouse gases and decrease landfill waste in local communities.
