Since its creation in 2016, the Vinyl Sustainability Council (VSC) has been a joint effort of the entire vinyl value chain for the purpose of advancing sustainability in the vinyl industry. Together, VSC members have gathered essential data from across the vinyl value chain to determine the areas of focus and a baseline to be used to assess our ongoing efforts in future sustainability reports.

Our progress reports detail the collaborative efforts of industry stakeholders as they come together to develop and implement a strategic framework that moves the U.S. vinyl industry forward. These publications account for our journey over the years and are a transparent view of our plans and strategy for advancing sustainability in our industry.
